Visibility on Camera
This training takes place in a virtual classroom and as such requires high levels of interaction for all attendees to gain the best experience. With this in mind, you would be expected to have your camera switched on as much as possible. In circumstances where a continuous video link may not be possible, for example in poor bandwidth locations, you will be asked to appear on camera for minimal sections of the day at the request of the instructor. For example, introductions, Q&A sessions, and interactive sessions (this may vary depending on the course being delivered)
For any issues surrounding connectivity in your area please contact maersk@optimuslearningservices.com
Follow up Sessions (6 weeks)
Follow-up sessions are mandatory and form part of the full course.
Non-attendance will be recorded as a 'did not attend' for the full course. There is also a risk of not receiving the certification for the course, depending on the certifying examination body.
This session is used to share your training successes, discuss how you have applied your learning tools, and ask the trainer any questions.
Cancellations and Non-Attendance
Once booked, all delegates are required to attend the training as listed. Should you not be able to attend for any reason please contact maersk@optimuslearningservices.com as soon as possible to inform them of this.
Any cancellation received within two weeks of the course start date, or if you fail to attend the course without advising maersk@optimuslearningservices.com, will result in a status of “did not attend” being assigned to the registration of the course at the discretion of Technology Academy.
If you accrue 2 “did not attend” statuses, then you will not be eligible to register for further courses by Technology Academy.
On-demand learning can not be cancelled, refunded, or transferred.

All pre-course learning should be completed prior to the course as designated by the training provider. If there are any difficulties in adhering to this contact maersk@optimuslearningservices.com for guidance.
Accredited Examinations
For courses where either you have elected, or it is standard to receive an examination for accreditation you agree to the following guidelines:
You will undertake the examination. The examination must be undertaken at a reasonable interval to the training. You must attend the training course before attempting the examination.
Live Polling / Feedback
As part of the process, you will be required to complete live polling feedback both towards the end of your course and again at 6 weeks post-training. This is to ensure the quality of the training provided and helps to shape the future training availability. This is mandatory.
